8th and 9th October 2011

Dear Artists,

We are delighted and quite proud to be able to invite you to attend another power-packed PVAF forum in October!

We have strived to continue with all the things we most enjoy about our events, including another Members' Exhibition, and in addition, this year we will be spending only the 1st day at the Birnam Institute before we burst free on Sunday for an exciting 'Out & About' programme commencing at Perth Museum and Art Gallery!

So... all you have to do now is:

1. Put the dates in your diary, in your smartphone and on your calender.

2. Read all the attached documents carefully:

• Booking form
• Forum Info (important!)
• Forum Programme
• Members' Exhibition Info

3. Print and fill out the booking form.

4. Send it and your cheque off to the address at the top.

5. Produce something you'd love to see in the always-great Members' Exhibition.

6. Dig out that box of unwanted art materials/catalogues etc that's cluttering up the spare room (see info sheet).

7. Tell all your professional artist/maker friends and direct them to www.pvaf.org.uk .

8. Get terribly excited and goosebumpy!
